Getting started with support at Motadata is as simple as reaching out to our dedicated support team through our online support portal, email, chat, or phone:

  • Support Portal: Visit our Online Support portal where you can submit a support ticket detailing your query or concern. Our support team will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue. Login to access your previously created tickets or sign-up if you are visiting the Support Portal for the first time.

  • Email Support: You can also reach out to our support team via email at support@motadata.com. Please provide as much information as possible about the problem you are facing, and our team will assist you accordingly.

  • Chat Support: You can reach out to our support via chat (available only during business hours). To access chat, go to our Online Support portal and scroll down to enable the Chat widget
