Domain Scan
Discover all devices registered in your Active Directory domain and import them into ServiceOps as assets or CIs.
Domain Scan connects to your organization's domain controller using domain credentials and discovers all devices in the specified Organizational Unit (OU). It supports LDAP field mapping for location, department, and user assignment.
Configure DNS before running a Domain Scan. See DNS Configuration.
To access Domain Scan, navigate to Admin > Discovery and Agents > Discovery > Domain Scan.
