Change Management

The Change Management group includes options specific to customizing the change module. It has the following features:

• Change Form: Customize the change form to add and manage fields.
• Change Status: Manage the values in the status dropdown in Change Management.
• Change Custom Rules: Manage custom rules for change processing that comply with your organization's policies.
• Change Form Rule: Manage change form fields and their rules.
• Change Type: Manage the values of the type dropdown in Change Management.
• Target Environment: Manage the environment where the change wil occur.
• Change Category: Manage the categories of the changes for better classification.
• Change Templates: Manage standard changes by defining pre-defined templates for quick access.
• Change Risk: Manage the values of the risk dropdown in Change Management.
• Change Reason: Manage the values of the reason dropdown in Change Management.
• Change Model: Manage transition models for change requests that help to change their status automatically based on certain conditions.
