CMDB Admin Configuration

This section of the Admin panel controls how your CMDB is structured and behaves. Use it to define CI types, set up status values, organise CIs into groups, and create custom rules that control how CIs are processed across your environment.

Configure each area below to prepare your CMDB before technicians start creating CIs.
