Enhancements
Patch Management
Last Logged In User information is now visible in the Patch and Package modules, enabling better user identification without requiring Asset or CMDB licenses.
Users can now perform patch management for Alma Linux and Rocky Linux versions 9.6 and 10.
The following are the File Server enhancements:
- Since older file servers (below v8.6.5) are not supported anymore with ServiceOps, the Communication Type, Distribution Server URL fields are removed from the Remote Office List and Detail pages.
- Added a new File Server column on the Remote Office List page.
- Patch Storage Configuration updated by removing the URL field and Test Connection button to streamline setup and align with centralized file server management.
Miscellaneous
Percentage values are now displayed in the Dashboard pie charts.
Added a new Downloads button in the navbar to help users track, re-download, and cancel large file downloads with detailed status information. Additionally, a new Download Audit tab has been added in the Security section to display audit logs of downloads initiated by all users.
Enhanced search in dependent fields to allow child entity selection after parent search across system and custom fields.
