  • The Asset and CI tabs are now displayed in the Support Portal after assigning them to the requester and enabling the required visibility flags.

  • The Project is now permanently deleted manually or through auto-purging even when tasks within the project have associated worklogs.

  • Tasks are now consistently created from workflows by preserving Requester permissions for calls from the Customer Portal and Resource endpoints.

  • Attachment names are now correctly displayed in the Output field after submitting a Service Request via Chat Flow, including when using Request Attachment custom fields.

  • The Custom App with Integration Connector now functions correctly by resolving missing dependencies, allowing workflows to successfully parse and execute API actions.

  • SNMP devices are now successfully discovered without errors.

  • Changes can now be created successfully with only a start date when date fields are non-mandatory, resolving the “Invalid date range selection” error.

  • XSS file validation now properly detects and blocks malicious content within SVG files, addressing a security vulnerability identified during VAPT.
