Users can now configure permissions for specific sub-modules within the Admin User module, allowing granular control over access to Technicians, Requesters, User Custom Fields, Technician Groups, Requester Groups, Roles, LDAP Configurations, and SSO Configurations.
Users can now search for technicians by role on the Technician List page.
The following enhancements are made in the SSO functionality:
- Technician users can view the execution status of the import process from the Execution Status column on the SSO Import Users page.
- When importing the SSO users, the missing ones can be blocked or archived based on the Block missing users (if not blocked, missing users will be deleted) parameter. This enhancement allows blocking or archiving users based on their status in each identity provider:
- KeyCloak, OneLogin, and Azure: Deleted
- Okta: Deactivate
- JumpCloud: Deleted or Suspended
- The following enhancements are made in the SSO User Import Configuration History popup window:
- View the count of Total Blocked/Deleted Users and Total Unblocked Users.
- View the list of users created, failed, blocked, and unblocked by clicking on the count link.
- Export the list of users in CSV and Excel Format. Additionally, the excel file can be password-protected.
Users previously disabled or deleted in Active Directory will now be automatically unblocked in ServiceOps during the next sync if the Block missing users flag is enabled and the user is re-enabled in AD.
The total count of unblocked users is available in the LDAP History. This count is also included in the email notifications.
