New Features
LDAP Configuration
- ServiceOps SaaS can now connect to Active Directory (AD) within the client’s network for user authentication and login using the Integration Connector, without exposing AD to the public network.

- Support for combined named and concurrent technician licensing has been added.
Enhancements
Request Management
Users can now delete the ticket details’ reply, forward, and collaboration entries.
The following triggers are added to the Request and Service Catalog Workflows:
- Marked as Primary Merged Request
- Marked as a Secondary Merged Request
- When Reply is sent by CC User (Request module)
Based on these triggers, users can perform actions based on the merged requests.
Users can now un-merge the requests that were merged by mistake.
Asset Management
A new system preference Exclude Archived Assets/CIs on Discovery flag is added. It is used to exclude the archived Assets and CIs during discovery and polling scan.
Added support to customize the contract prefix (default CON) with up to 24 characters, including optional placeholders.
The Search filter is now added to the following tabs of the Software License Details page:
- Allocation: Helps to search for the required assets to which the license is allocated.
- Installation: Helps to search for the required assets in which the license is installed.
Users
The following search filter operators are added to the Email field on the Technicians and Requesters list page:
- Contains
- Starts With
- Ends With
A new Manage Approvals permission has been added in Roles, allowing administrators to control user access to create, ignore, and delete approvals.
Users can now save the Search Filter Query on the Technicians and Requesters List Page.
Patch Management
ServiceOps now supports Windows Third-party application patches in the Air Gap Patch Management utility.
The File Server – ServiceOps Registration and Communication process is enhanced using the Credential Profile.

The following Service Catalog APIs are added:
- GET Service Catalog
- GET all Service Catalogs
- GET Search Service Catalog by Category
- GET Category List
- POST Create Service Request
- DELETE Service Request

Miscellaneous
Users can now upload an app to integrate with ServiceOps and fulfill the custom requirements via Integration Connector.
Enhanced the Custom Rules module by introducing a new option to enforce work log requirements during resolution or closure.
The Form Rule Actions like Hide, Show, Mandate, Non-Mandate, Enable, and Disable can now be applied on the Link Assets and Link CI fields within Request, Service Requests, and Change Forms.
Support for defining holidays with year selection and the ability to import holidays in Business Hours is added.
