Event Notifications

Reuse ready-made templates to send consistent email and SMS notifications for key events.

Event notifications are essential for day-to-day operations, and predefined templates make them easy to use. Templates save time when writing and editing emails or SMS messages. Placeholders in the templates ensure that each email or SMS message includes all required details. Additionally, placeholders let you reopen and close requests directly from notifications sent via email, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp. This lets you control template content and ensure clear communication during important events.

To view the Event Notifications page, navigate to Admin > Automation > Event Notifications.

The page provides the following three tabs:

  • App Notification: Enables you to edit the default email templates used to notify recipients when an event is triggered.
  • SMS Notification: Enables you to edit the default SMS templates used to notify recipients when an event is triggered.
  • SMS Gateway Configuration: Enables you to configure the SMS gateway for sending SMS notifications.
