Symptoms
- ServiceOps no longer retrieves new emails, even though the connection to the mail server is healthy.
Root Cause
- The mailbox is full and can't receive or store any more emails.
- No new emails can be retrieved until storage space is available.
Resolution
- Log into the mailbox and delete or archive old emails to free up storage space.
- Contact your IT team or mail provider to increase the storage quota for this mailbox.
