MAILCONTMO - Connection Timeout
This error usually resolves on its own; follow this page to confirm ServiceOps recovers or to escalate a persistent timeout to your network team.
MAILCONTMO appears when ServiceOps reaches the mail server but the server stops responding before the connection completes. This is usually caused by a temporarily overloaded server or a network delay. ServiceOps retries automatically, and most instances of this error clear without any action.
