Symptoms
- Email sync fails because ServiceOps can't locate the configured inbox folder on the mail server.
Root Cause
- The inbox folder on the configured mailbox doesn't exist or isn't accessible.
- The folder may have been renamed or deleted on the mail server.
Resolution
- Log into the mailbox directly and verify the inbox folder exists and is accessible.
- If the folder was renamed or deleted, restore it or ask your IT team to recreate it.
