Symptoms
- The mailbox configured with Exchange/MAPI protocol fails to sync or send emails.
- The error indicates the request to the Exchange server was rejected.
Root Cause
- The Exchange server URL in ServiceOps is incorrect or the server is not accessible.
- The email account doesn't have Exchange Web Services access enabled.
- The Azure application is missing the required permissions to access the mailbox.
- Admin consent has expired or been revoked in Azure Active Directory.
Resolution
- Enter the password again and save the configurations on the server card, then complete the Microsoft sign-in.
- Verify the Exchange server URL in the configuration is correct and accessible.
- If the issue persists, contact your Azure Administrator to verify the application has the required Exchange permissions and that admin consent is granted.
