| Error Code | MAILAUTHSESS |
| Error Message | The OAuth session expired during an active connection. ServiceOps will re-authenticate automatically. |
| Severity | Low |
| Affects | Incoming and Outgoing Email Servers (OAuth) |
Symptoms
- A brief, often self-resolving error appears for an OAuth-connected mailbox during an active session.
Root Cause
- The OAuth access token expired while ServiceOps was in the middle of an active session.
- This is a temporary condition that can occur with any OAuth-based connection.
Resolution
- No action is normally required. ServiceOps re-authenticates automatically on the next polling cycle.
- If this error occurs repeatedly, enter the password again and save the configurations on the server card, then complete the sign-in to refresh the token manually.
