Root Cause
- ServiceOps encountered an error that doesn't match any known error type.
- This may be a temporary or environment-specific issue.
Resolution
- No immediate action is required. ServiceOps retries automatically on the next polling cycle.
- If the issue isn't resolved after retries, contact Motadata Support and share the Email Audit details along with the time this error first occurred.
