Mobile App User Guide
Motadata ObserveOps is an ObserveOps (formerly known as AIOps) platform that gives your IT and NOC teams full visibility into infrastructure health, alerts, and device status. The ObserveOps Mobile App extends this visibility to your mobile device, so on-call engineers, NOC operators, and IT managers can monitor system health, respond to alerts, and check device status from anywhere on the organization network, without needing a desktop.
Android: Android 9.0 and above (latest 5 major versions supported)
iOS: iOS 13 and above (latest 5 major versions supported)
Network: Device must be connected to the organization's LAN or VPN. Access is not available over public mobile data.
What You Can Do with the Mobile App
The ObserveOps Mobile App is designed specifically for the needs of on-call engineers and NOC operators. It provides read-only access to the most operationally critical information:

- View a real-time snapshot of infrastructure health across your environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators at a glance.
- Drill down into specific areas directly from the dashboard.
Alert Monitoring:
- View the full list of active alerts generated by the ObserveOps platform.
- Filter alerts by severity: Critical, High, Medium, and Low.
- Open individual alert details to understand the root cause and affected resource.
- Receive push notifications when new alerts are triggered.
Device Status:
- View the total count of monitored devices.
- See real-time Up, Down, and Critical counts.
- Data refreshes automatically based on the configured polling interval.
