Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into the ObserveOps Mobile App. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your infrastructure health: a single-page view of the key metrics your team needs to assess system status at a glance.
The data displayed on the Dashboard refreshes automatically based on the polling interval configured in your ObserveOps instance.
What the Dashboard Shows
The mobile Dashboard is designed to surface the most operationally relevant information without the complexity of the full desktop interface. It presents:
- KPI Tiles: Key Performance Indicators showing counts and health percentages across your monitored infrastructure.
- Widgets: Graphical representations of infrastructure data filtered by time and parameters configured in the platform.
- Alert Summary: A quick view of active alerts broken down by severity.
- Device Health Summary: An at-a-glance count of devices that are Up, Down, or in a Critical state.
Navigating the Dashboard
To access the Dashboard, tap the Dashboard icon on the bottom navigation bar. The following screen appears.
The Dashboard displays the following components:
- Header Bar: Shows the ObserveOps logo and your current connection status.
- KPI Tiles: Each tile displays a single metric. Tap any tile to drill down into the details for that metric.
- Widgets: Charts and graphs showing infrastructure trends. Scroll down to view all widgets.
- Refresh: The data refreshes automatically. You can also pull down on the screen to trigger a manual refresh.
KPI Tiles
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tiles show measurable values that reflect the current health of your infrastructure. Examples of KPIs visible on the mobile dashboard:

| Total Devices | Total number of devices currently monitored by ObserveOps. |
| Devices Up | Count of devices currently reachable and healthy. |
| Devices Down | Count of devices currently unreachable or unresponsive. |
| Critical Devices | Count of devices in a critical state requiring immediate attention. |
| Active Alerts | Total number of unresolved alerts across all severities. |
| Critical Alerts | Count of alerts at Critical severity level. |
Tap any KPI tile to navigate directly to the relevant detail screen, for example, tapping Critical Alerts takes you to the Alert List filtered by Critical severity.
Widgets
Widgets are graphical data blocks that give you a visual summary of infrastructure behaviour over time. On mobile, widgets are displayed in a vertically scrollable list below the KPI tiles.
Each widget shows:
- A title describing what the widget measures.
- A chart or graph representing the data.
- A time filter showing the period the data covers.
The widgets available on the mobile Dashboard reflect the widgets configured in your ObserveOps instance by your administrator. You cannot add or remove widgets from the mobile app. Widget configuration is managed from the web platform.
Data Refresh
The Dashboard data is kept current based on your ObserveOps polling interval. To manually refresh:
- Pull down on the Dashboard screen to trigger an immediate data refresh.
If the app shows stale data or the Dashboard does not load, verify that your device is still connected to the organization network and tap refresh.
