Polling Data Reports
The Polling Data Report provides detailed visibility into the raw data collected during the polling cycles of the monitor(s) you select. This report allows you to analyze performance metrics, usage statistics, and custom KPIs over a specified time range. It is especially useful for diagnosing performance trends and validating the health of infrastructure components.
Select the data to be displayed on the report
To create a custom polling report report, follow the steps below and configure the fields according to your monitoring needs:

| Counter | Choose the counter for which you want to create the polling data report. This defines the specific performance metric you want to monitor, such as CPU utilization, memory usage, or network traffic. |

Select how the data will be displayed on the report
Changing the order of columns on the report
Use simple drag and drop method to arrange the order of the columns. Drag the columns from the Column Setting tab and arrange them in the order you want to display on the report.
Changing the column display name
You can change the column names in the report. Enter the column name that you wish to display on the report in the Display Name field of corresponding column under the Column Setting tab.
Hide a column on the report
You can remove a column that you do not wish to display on the widget by hiding the column from the Column Setting tab. Click on the check box titled Hide Column to hide the column on the report.
Change the column header size
You can change the column header size from the Header Font Size dropdown under the Style tab.
Configure the columns in detail
Click on the Configure option against the corresponding column you wish to configure from the Column Setting tab. A pop-up to configure the column appears.
The available options in the configuration pop-up are as follows:

| Resizable | Use this toggle button to enable the resizing of the column width using drag and drop in the report. |
| Sortable | Use this toggle button to enable the widget sorting using the values of the selected column in the report. |
| Orderable | Use this toggle button to enable the option to change the order of the selected column using drag and drop in the report. |
| Width(%) | Enter the width(in percentage) of the column as you want to display on the report. |
| Add Color Configuration | Select this option to configure the color of the column on the report based on fixed threshold values. |
| Add Value Configuration | Select this option to configure the value of the column on the report based on fixed threshold values. |
| Icon | Select a suitable icon that you wish to display with values of the column. |
| Icon Position | Select whether you want to display the icon selected in the previous option as a prefix or a suffix to the values in the column. |
| Case | This option allows you to control how column names are displayed. You can choose from the following case styles: - Normal: Displays the column name in its original format. - Uppercase: Displays all letters in capital letters (for example, MONITOR). - Lowercase: Displays all letters in small letters (for example, monitor). - Camel Case: Displays the column name with the first letter capitalized (for example, Monitor). |
