Audit Reports
The Audit Report provides detailed visibility into system-level activities performed across different modules within the platform. This report enables you to track user actions, configuration changes, operational events, status updates, and value modifications captured in the audit trail. It is particularly useful for compliance tracking, security reviews, governance validation, and operational transparency.
The Audit report allows system users to create, view, schedule, and export audit data directly from the Reports module.
A dedicated Audit tab is available on the Reports landing page. By default, the Audit tab loads under the category All Reports, which initially contains no predefined reports. Existing report tabs and categories remain unchanged.
Audit Reports are available as an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) report type and can be created using:
Create Custom Report > Audit Report
