8.2. Purchase Management WorkflowΒΆ

Purchase in an organization is a multi-stage process involving multiple parties and stakeholders. The Purchase Management module streamlines all purchase functions by using a defined workflow. The Motadata Purchase Management workflow is as follows:

We also have the ITIL workflow for Procurement (Purchase in our case) that has five stages which are as follows:

  • Pre-Contract stage.

  • Evaluation of Technical Specification.

  • Selection of Vendors/Suppliers.

  • Awarding stage.

  • Performance contractual obligation.
