Here, with respect to AI, you can view similar tickets, KB, and Smart Suggestions based on the set configurations. This feature helps users view similar tickets before creating duplicates and access relevant details, such as solutions, to resolve issues more effectively. As a result, it reduces duplicate tickets and speeds up resolution times.
📄️ AI Models
Admins can configure AI models to generate embeddings, enabling the identification of similar tickets based on contextual relevance. Currently, Motadata ServiceOps supports OpenAI's embedding model integration, ensuring accurate and intelligent similarity detection.
📄️ AI Similarity
This page enables to perform configurations based on which similar Incident, Problem, Change, and Suggested KB can be identified and displayed while creating tickets.
📄️ Smart Suggestions
Smart suggestions are the recommendations that a system provides while assigning any category or technician group to the request. This helps the technicians to quickly select the required option without searching for it. The system provides suggestions considering the subject and description of the requests. It also checks for the accuracy level and the number of requests based on which accurate results can be displayed.
