Messaging App

A messaging app is an intermediary between the ServiceOps and Third party applications. It provides the users with a pre-defined list of actions related to the requests and responds accordingly over the applications like Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.

In the SaaS application the Messaging App feature is available only if the AI Chatbot license is enabled.

To view the Messaging App page, navigate to Admin > Support Channel > Messaging App. It consists of the following tabs:

  • Telegram: You can integrate the Telegram application with ServiceOps.
  • WhatsApp: You can integrate the WhatsApp application with ServiceOps.
  • Facebook Messenger: You can integrate the Facebook Messenger application with ServiceOps.
