The Project List View allows Technicians and Requesters to track and manage all the projects at one place. Here, you can view all the available projects in the system and act upon them.
📄️ Creating a Project
This page enables you to create a new project when planned. To create a project, follow the below steps:

On the Project Details page, you can edit and view the complete details of the project and perform the desired activity.
📄️ Updating Project
When you are working on a project, you can update its basic details, parameters, other info, and various activities/actions associated with it. There are many approaches to update the project details:
📄️ Planning a Project
In the planning stage, you store the high level details about the project. For example: the project schedule, tasks, different milestones achieved, list of activities, and summary of tasks. Also, one should be aware about the plans and the impact before initiating the project.

📄️ Implementing a Project
After the successful creation of the Project, a stage comes where it needs to be deployed. The overall team efforts and the time taken to build a successful project needs to be patched at the client’s end. Here, we will call the deploying of the project as ‘Implementation of Project’.

📄️ Cancelling a Project
If you do not want a project to go ahead and still want to keep the details, then you have the option of cancelling it. Cancelled is a defined status in the module which tells if a project is inactive but still viewable. A cancelled Project cannot be un-cancelled.
📄️ Manage Project Members
This tab enables to view and manage members in a specific project. Here, you can add, delete, and remove members.
📄️ Collaboration
In the Collaboration tab, you can make notes and collaborate for the project.
📄️ Work Log
The Work Log tab displays the activities that the analysts have performed along with the time frame.
📄️ Relations
Sometimes projects are very complex and you want to divide it into simpler requests, problems, change, asset, knowledge, or purchase categories. Also, you may find other similar requests and you can associate all these.
📄️ Audit Trail
The Audit Trail tab stores all the actions that you and other technicians perform. This tab is common at all places in the system. When you are on the details page of any ticket, it will show the concerned activity logs only.
📄️ Notifications
You can send custom email messages to a single and a group of people (stakeholders). This helps them to understand the progress and blockers in the resolution process. The Notifications tab displays a list of sent emails (1) and allows you to send new emails using the Send Email button (2) as shown below.
