📄️ Overview
Motadata ServiceOps enables you to control the accessibility of the USB devices. Using this, you can block or unblock the USB ports of computers for users. Thus, preventing the users from connecting the devices like printer, pen drive, etc. to the company machines. This helps an organization to restrict its data from moving out of the premises as well as protect it from getting damaged by any means. Once the settings are configured, you can then push them to the desired assets using the deployment policy. This saves the time of implementing the configurations in multiple machines by just sitting at one place. Currently, configurations for the USB devices are supported.
📄️ Create USB Configuration Deployment
To create USB configuration deployment, follow the below steps:

On the USB configuration Deployment Details page, you can edit and view the complete details of the configuration, and perform the desired activity.
📄️ Computers
This tab displays the list of computers which are selected for the configuration deployment.
📄️ Configuration
This tab displays the configurations that are added at the time of creation along with their details.
📄️ Deployment
This tab displays the list of configurations that are to be deployed in the selected computers or agents.
📄️ Audit Trail
The Audit Trail tab stores all the actions that you and other technicians perform. This tab is common at all the places in the system. When you are on the details page of any module, it will display the concerned activity logs only.
