Task Management

Tasks are the activities that are done to fulfill different types of requests. Also, the tasks can be independent activities that are not related to any module.

Here, in the Admin module, the Task Management group has the options that are specific to customize the Task module. It has the following features:

• Task Types: Manage the values of the type dropdown in task management.
• Task Form: Customize the task form to add and manage fields.
• Task Form Rule: Manage the task form fields and its rules.
