Package List View

The page allows to track and manage all the packages at one place. In the Package View, you can view all the available Packages in the system. Also, you can sort the list using the double-sided arrows .

Package List View

The page provides the following features:

  1. Filter: You can filter the package deployment list by clicking the desired option. For example: If ‘All Deployments’ is selected, the grid displays all the package deployments.
  2. Search: You can look for a specific package deployment by searching them. The search is a faceted search and allows you to find with specific criteria. You can find more details in the search section.
  3. Refresh: You can refresh the package list. This is useful when multiple people are working on the package and contents are updated frequently.
  4. Column Selection: You can select the columns to be displayed in the grid as shown below.

  1. Create Package Deployment: You can create a package deployment.
  2. Grid: The grid displays the details of the package deployment as per the selected columns.
  3. Bulk Actions: You can archive, cancel deployment, and delete package deployments in bulk.
  4. View Details Page: You can click the ID to view the Package Management Details page.
  5. View Details Page in a new tab: You can click the arrow icon next to the ID to view the details page in a new tab.

To send the old Package Deployments to Archive,

  1. Select the records.
  2. Click the Take Action dropdown.
  3. Select Archive and a confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Yes to continue or No to stop the process. If Yes is clicked, the selected deployments will move to the Archive folder.

Cancel Deployment

To cancel the package deployment in bulk,

  1. Select the records.
  2. Click the Take Action dropdown.
  3. Select Cancel Deployment and a confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Yes to continue or No to stop the process. If Yes is clicked, the selected deployments will get cancelled and the process will stop.

Delete

To delete the archived package deployments in bulk,

  1. View the Archived Package Deployment list using the filter.
  2. Select the records.
  3. Click the Take Action dropdown.
  4. Select Delete and a confirmation message appears.
  5. Click Yes to continue or No to stop the process. If Yes is clicked, the selected archived deployments will be deleted.
