To understand how to update or perform actions on the related merged requests (if any) based on the trigger and condition configured in the Request Workflow.

Create a Workflow with the following statements:

• Trigger: Status is changed from Any to Resolved
• Action: Cross Module Action
  • Module: Related Merged Request
  • Action: Add Solution
  • Copy from Parent: Enabled
  • Action: Set Status Same As Parent Request

2. Once done, click Save Workflow.
3. Now, when the request status changes from Any to Resolved, the Workflow will run. The solution from the parent request will be copied to the merged related requests, and their statuses will also change to Resolved, matching the Parent Request.

Similarly, you can perform other actions on the merged related requests and also set their values, matching the parent request.
