3.4. Change Custom RulesΒΆ
Custom rules allow an admin to make certain fields compulsory in a particular Change stage. Please refer Change Workflow. Refer Administration Manual to know how to set the rules.

Requires admin rights to set change custom rules.
Submission:
Having a Change Manager
Having an assigned Technician.
Adding a Location to the Change.
Planning:
Having schedule and rollout plan.
Setting the Impact of the Change.
Having an assigned Technician.
Having a Back-out plan.
Having a Rollout plan.
Implementation:
Having a Change implementer.
Having all tasks closed.
Having an assigned Technician
Review:
Having a Change reviewer.
Having an assigned Technician
Admin can make adding a note to a Change a compulsory thing before doing the following activities:
Reopen a change.
Change request rejected in submission stage.
Change request cancelled in planning stage.
Change request cancelled in implementation stage.
Change request failed to pass review stage.
Change request completed the review stage.
Change Category of a change.
Change Location of a change.
Change Department of a change.
Change assigned Technician of a change.
Set a new priority.
Edit a custom field.
