The Knowledge List Page serves as a central hub for IT Staff and Technicians to interact with the system's knowledge base. This page provides a comprehensive view of all knowledge articles and their associated folders, facilitating quick access to information and efficient management of knowledge content. Users can also leverage powerful search capabilities to locate specific articles based on keywords or selected fields.
Key Capabilities
The Knowledge List Page allows you to perform the following essential tasks:
- Manage Folders: Create, organize, and manage knowledge article folders, including setting user permissions. Several default folders are available out-of-the-box.
- Manage Content: Add, edit, and maintain the content of knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Search: Efficiently find specific knowledge articles using a faceted search based on keywords or predefined fields.
- View Articles: Access and read detailed knowledge articles.
- Rate Articles: Provide feedback on article helpfulness by liking or disliking them.
Viewing the Knowledge List Page
To access the Knowledge List Page:
- Tap the Menu icon and select Knowledge.
- The Knowledge List Page will appear, displaying all folders containing knowledge articles.
