List Page

The list page enables you to view and manage the folders and knowledge articles related to the system. Also you can search for a required article based on the selected field or keyword. For more details, refer to the link Search.

You can do the following tasks in the knowledge base:

• Manage Folders: Create and manage the folders and their related user permissions. Some folders are available by default.
• Mange Content: Add and manage the content of the knowledge articles.
• Search: Search for a specific knowledge article. The search is the faceted search and uses keywords to render a specific output.
