Can I control who can access a report?
A: Yes. Each report has a Report Access Level field with three options. Public makes the report visible to all Technicians. Private limits it to the report creator only, and is the default for all new reports. Restricted lets you share the report with specific Technicians or Technician Groups using the Technician Access Level and Technician Group Access Level fields.
Can I edit the access level of a default report?
A: Yes. Administrators can edit the Technician Access Level and Group Access Level fields on default reports directly, without creating a copy. All other fields on default reports remain read-only.
Can I include Charts in my report? Which are the supported types?
A: Yes. The supported chart types are Line, Bar, Column, and Pie Chart.
Can I schedule automated report generation?
A: Yes, you can schedule reports to automatically generate data. You can configure the frequency (once, daily, weekly, monthly) and specify the recipients to ensure that updates are delivered on time.
Can I export the report? Which are the supported formats?
A: Yes, you can export the report in PDF, Excel, CSV, and Word formats.
Can I send an attachment link in the report notification?
A: Yes.
Can I create password-protected report files?

Can I create a copy of the report with the same configurations?
A: Yes. Using the Duplicate icon on the Reports list page, you can create a copy or clone of the report.
Can I view the report history?
A: Yes, you can view the history of reports whenever they are exported or downloaded.

Can I share reports with others?
