Registry Deployments List View
The Registry Deployments list allows to track and manage all the deployments at one place. Here, you can view all the available Registry Deployments in the system.
The page provides the following features:
- Filter: You can filter the registry deployment list by selecting the desired option. For example: If ‘All Deployments’ is selected, the grid displays all the registry deployments.
- Search: You can look for a specific registry deployment by searching them. The search is a faceted search and allows you to find with specific criteria. You can find more details in the search section.
- Refresh: You can refresh the registry deployment list. This is useful when multiple people are working on the registry and contents are updated frequently.
- Column Selection: You can select the columns to be displayed in the grid as shown below.
- Create Registry Deployment: You can create a registry deployment.
- Bulk Archive: You can send multiple registry deployments to Archive in one go.
- Grid: The grid displays the details of the registry deployment as per the selected columns.
- View Details Page: You can click the ID to view the Registry Details page.
- View Details Page in a new tab: You can click the arrow icon next to the ID to view the details page in a new tab.
Bulk Archive
To send the unused Registry Deployments to Archive,
- Select the records.
- Click the Take Action dropdown.
- Select Archive and a confirmation message appears.
- Click Yes to continue or No to stop the process. If Yes is clicked, the selected deployments will move to the Archive folder.
