Introduction
The Support Portal is for the requesters who want to raise their requests related to any incident or service they require. Apart from raising requests, the requesters can chat with the Motadata Chatbot to solve their queries. Also, the changes, assets, and approvals assigned to the logged-in user can be reviewed.
You can access the Support Portal by tapping the View Support Portal menu from the Technician Portal.
The portal displays the request list by default.
The portal displays various options based on the permissions granted from the Technician Portal.
Here, you can tap on the menu icon and view the available options.
The options are:
- Requests: Create and manage your requests.
- Services: Create and manage your service requests.
- My Changes: View the changes that you have created.
- My Assets: View the assets used by the logged in user.
- Knowledge: View the knowledge articles.
- My Approvals: View my approvals.
- Settings: View the language and theme preference.
- View Technician Portal: View the technician portal.
- Sign Out: To sign out from the application.
The accessibility of the features depends on the permissions given by the admin. You may see some variations in the actual screens.
