My Approvals

The Approval List page displays all the approvals that needs your attention. Here, you can view the list based on the approval status. To view the page, Tap the My Approvals menu and the following tabs appear.

• Pending: Displays a list of pending approvals that needs your attention. Here, you can view, comment, approve, or reject the approval.
• Approved: Displays a list of approvals approved in the past. You can also view them individually by tapping on it.
• Rejected: Displays a list of approvals rejected in the past. You can also view them individually by ctapping on it.
• Ignored: Displays a list of approvals ignored in the past. You can also view them individually by tapping on it.

Here, you can do the following activities:

• View the details page of the concerned tickets associated with an approval. You can also comment, approve or reject the ticket from the details page as shown below.

Request Details Page

• Add comments on the approval requests.
• Approve, and reject the approval requests.
