The Knowledge Homepage is the central hub for searching and viewing all the Articles/FAQs in Motadata. Here you can browse and see the file structure of the entire Knowledge-base.
While designing the Homepage interface, we have kept eight cornerstones in mind:

Responsive

Forgiving
To open Knowledge Homepage:
Log in to the Technician Portal.
Click on KNOWLEDGE (A Navigation Tab) from the Dashboard.
Section A, F, & E .are the search features.
Section-B shows you some frequently searched keywords.
Section-C shows you top most-read Articles/FAQs in Knowledge. The ranking is based on the page views of each Article/FAQ.
Section-D shows you recent FAQs added to the product.
Section-G is the Create button for creating new Articles and FAQs. Please refer Authoring an Article/FAQ.
