15.11. Create Relations in a ProjectΒΆ

Once a project is created, a technician can relate it with the following:

  • Request, Problem and Change tickets

  • Assets

  • Knowledge items

All relations are visible under the Relations tab on the details view of a project.

A technician can relate existing items in the system.

A technician can create new items and then relate them with the project. He is allowed to create and relate the following:

  • Request, Problem and Change tickets

  • Asset CIs.
