Configuring Netstream for H3C

This document outlines the configuration steps to export Netstream packets to the ObserveOps Flow Explorer server on H3C devices.

Export Netstream Packets​

Enter the system view:

System-view

Configure the export parameters:

ip netstream export host (MOTADATA_SERVER_IP) 2055
ip netstream export source interface (X.X.X.X)
ip netstream timeout active 1
ip netstream timeout inactive 15
ip netstream export version 9 origin-as
ip netstream export version 9 bgp-nexthop
ip netstream mpls label-positions

Enable Inbound Netstream on Interfaces​

Apply the following command to all interfaces of the device:

ip netstream inbound

After completing the configuration, navigate to Menu > Flow Explorer and select the Event Source(s) and the associated Interface(s) from the drop-downs to view the active flow data.
