17.1. Personalize Motadata¶
Users logged into the Technician Portal have the option to manage their profile, change certain preferences and reset password. To access the options:
17.1.1. Edit profile¶
Here a logged in user can change his/her Name, Contact Number and Location.
There is a Dot not assign me toggle that globally marks the Technician as not available for Auto Assignment. A Technician with this marker will not be assigned any tickets through Auto Assignment. An admin has to enable this option from Preference.
17.1.2. Preferences¶
Here the Technician can do two things:
Set the default view of tickets/CIs in the list view of modules: either List View or Grid View.
Set the default number of items on the List View of a module (maximum 100 per page).
