Hardware Assets

This displays the list of hardware assets along with its details.

Hardware Asset Details Page​

To view the Details page, open the Assets menu > Hardware Assets tab, tap on the required asset whose details you want to view, and the below screen appears.

The page displays the following details:

  • Asset Properties: Displays the asset details like product, impact, managed by, etc.
  • Other Info: Displays other information like location, department, host name, domain name, etc.
  • Hardware Properties: This displays all the hardware properties of the asset. You can also manage these details manually.
  • Computer Properties: Displays the properties of the computer asset like OS Name, OS Version, etc.
  • Shared Folder: Displays the details of the shared folders in the device.
  • USB Hub: Displays the details of the USB hub.
  • USB Controller: Displays the details of the USB controller in the device.
  • Geolocation Detail: Displays the location details of the device.
  • SNMP Properties: Displays the SNMP details of the asset. You can also add the same manually.
  • Custom Fields: Displays the additional details about the asset.

Locate On Map​

To view the asset on map, tap the "Locate On Map" icon and it will appear as shown below.

Edit Details​

You can also edit the details using the Edit icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

Once all the required changes are made, tap Update.
