Asset List View

The Asset List View page helps the technicians to track and manage all the assets. It displays a list of assets along with the options like generate barcode, scan barcode, export, refresh, import, column selection, and assets in stage at one place.  The asset list appears as per the option selected from the menu. Also, you can filter the list using the default or custom filters.

To view the Asset List page:

Tap the Menu icon and select Assets, the following page appears.

The page displays the following features:

1. Locate on Map: You can view the location of assets on the map.
2. Search: You can search for the required asset using keywords.
3. Scan Barcode: You can scan the barcode of the asset.
4. Scan QR Code: You can scan the QR code of the asset to add it directly or keep a track with minimal storage of data.
5. Add Asset: You can add an asset manually.
6. Assets: The tabs display the Hardware, Software, Non-IT, and Consumable assets along with their details.
7. Filters: You can filter the asset list as per the pre-defined options. The filters vary as per the tab selected.

Locate on Map

To view the location of multiple assets on map,

1. Tap the Locate On Map icon on the top bar and the Select Category screen appears.
2. Select the Category based on which the asset should be displayed. The options are: Asset Type, Location, and Status. Once selected tap OK.
3. Based on the selected category, select the respective options based on which you want to view the assets. Once done, tap Submit. For example, here the option "Asset Type" is used. Similarly, you can select the Location and Status options.
4. The list of assets matching the selected categories will appear. Here again, select the required assets, and tap Show on Map to view them.
5. Once tapped, the assets will appear on the map.
