15. Reports

In Motadata, a report is a collection of widgets that gives you detailed picture about the performance of monitors. It is very similar to Dashboard but has some additional features for reporting purpose.

• The report gives all the information in a neat fashion through widgets.

• You can find much information by navigating through the right report.

• You can choose what you want to see in the report.

• You can add and modify the information in the reports.

• You can create new reports from scratch.

• You can find the reports in relevant categories.

• You can export the reports in PDF and CSV format.

• You can send the reports in email using schedulers.

In this section you’ll find:

• Available Reports: The pre-defined set of reports help you quickly visualize different aspects of monitor history. You can start with the default reports and add more information to it.

• Custom Reports: You can create your own report from the scratch. Using this you can control all the aspects of information in your report right from the beginning.

• Search Reports: Search for any specific report from our wide range of reports.

• Favorite Reports: Click on the star button and easily access the report anytime from the favorite column. The favorites help you keep high priority items always at the top of the list. Also, when you don’t need a report you can simply un-favorite it.

• Download Reports: Using this control you can Download the reports with more than 10K entries.
