13.8. Report Job

The job generates the reports and send them as an email message. You can configure the scheduler to send multiple reports in one job. Motadata will send you a separate email for each report. These reports are the same reports that you see in the reports and basic reports section. You can use this scheduler to send a constant update to the stakeholders.

Specific Fields

  • Reports: Select from the existing list of reports.

  • Adhoc Reports: Select from the existing list of adhoc reports.

  • Report Format: Select the format of report i.e. CSV or PDF

  • FTP On/Off: Select ‘Yes’ if you wish to enable. You can select FTP or SFTP and specify the remote path for the file.

  • Email Actions: Select the email action from the list.
