17.1. Personalize Motadata

Users logged into the Technician Portal have the option to manage their profile, change certain preferences and reset password. To access the options:

Here a logged in user can change his/her Name, Contact Number and Location.

There is a Dot not assign me toggle that globally marks the Technician as not available for Auto Assignment. A Technician with this marker will not be assigned any tickets through Auto Assignment. An admin has to enable this option from Preference.

Here the Technician can do two things:

  • Set the default view of tickets/CIs in the list view of modules: either List View or Grid View.

  • Set the default number of items on the List View of a module (maximum 100 per page).

Here a Technician can reset his/her account password.
