3. Elastic Search not Working After Slave Becomes Master in a HA Setup.

When a slave server becomes the master for the first time, the elastic search feature of the product might not work. In such a case, you have to Re-index the database of the ITSM.

  • Login to the technician portal.
  • Go to Admin >> Support Console.

  • Select all modules and click on Re-index.

  • Provide Support code and Submit.
